My brother in-law is a Tulsa, OK Firefighter with more ambition than just about anyone I know. A long-time fan of MMA and WWE, he decided to create a charity event which pitted a firefighter against a police officer in an octagon ring. The money raised from this annual event benefits the Oklahoma Firefighters Burn Camp (for children victims) and also the Oklahoma Special Olympics. Just this year, we raised over $40,000 for the two charities! Not only have I been the designer for the event but I also help produce it; look for me ringside with a headset on and come by to say hello.
